  • Get up to $1,860 per year on a debit card to use toward over-the-counter drugstore items, healthy foods and utilities (electric, internet and phone)*
  • $155 will be added to your card on the first day of every month you are a member
  • You must use your funds each month as they will expire at the end of each month
  • Get up to $1,380 per year to buy healthy food, approved medical supplies, and select everyday items.
  • $115 will be added to your card on the 1st of every month.

$900 Over-the-Counter (OTC) Card

Get up to $900 to buy healthy food, approved medical supplies, and select everyday items. $75 will be added to your card on the 1st of every month. You must use your funds each month as they will expire at the end of each month.

How to shop with your OTC card

You can shop:

  • In stores at participating retailers
  • Online at mybenefitscenter.com<
  • Over the phone by calling 833-569-2170. You can also check your balance here and get help using your benefit
  • Walmart.com 
    • Pickup: $6.99 fee (no fee for orders over $35 or Walmart+ members)
    • Shipping: $6.99 fee (no fee for orders over $35 or Walmart+ members)
    • Delivery: $7.95-$9.95 fee (no fee for Walmart+ members with orders over $35)
    • Members will see any fees from their cart at check-out. Fees cannot be paid with an OTC Network card. Restrictions apply. OTC cards can only be used as payment for items shipped by Walmart or Walmart.com. Members should filter by Retailer = Walmart and/or filter for pick-up and/or delivery.  
  • Walgreens.com
    • Shipping: $5.95 fee (no fee for orders over $35)
    • Members will see fees from their cart at check-out. Fees cannot be paid with an OTC network card. Restrictions apply. OTC cards can be used as payment for items shipped by Walgreens.com.
