Nurse advice line
WellSense members can use the nurse advice line to get immediate health advice from a registered nurse, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. All calls are confidential.
Call the nurse advice line if you or a family member:
- Don't know if you need to see a doctor, go to the emergency room or treat the symptom yourself
- Don't know how to take your medications
- Need non-emergency care, but your doctor can't see you or it's after hours
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
