  • WellSense Added Value (HMO): $1,500 benefit limit, 0% coinsurance
  • WellSense Choice (HMO): $5,000 benefit limit, 10% coinsurance
  • WellSense Premium Savings (HMO): $1,500 benefit limit, 50% coinsurance
  • WellSense Signature (HMO): $3,500 benefit limit, 0% coinsurance
  • WellSense Signature Access (PPO): $3,000 benefit limit, 0% coinsurance

  • WellSense Added Value (HMO): $400 flexible debit card to use on vision exams and eyewear wherever is convenient for you
  • WellSense Choice (HMO): $200 flexible debit card to use on vision exams and eyewear wherever is convenient for you
  • WellSense Premium Savings (HMO): $0 routine vision exam copay; $150 annual benefit toward the purchase of eyeglasses, contact lenses or hardware upgrades with our vendor partner, VSP
  • WellSense Signature (HMO): $0 routine vision exam copay; $150 annual benefit toward the purchase of eyeglasses, contact lenses or hardware upgrades with our vendor partner, VSP
  • WellSense Signature Access (PPO): $0 routine vision exam copay; $150 annual benefit toward the purchase of eyeglasses, contact lenses or hardware upgrades with our vendor partner, VSP

  • TruHearing Advanced: $699 per hearing aid, per ear
  • TruHearing Premium: $999 per hearing aid, per ear
  • Limit two hearing aids per year.

Added Value plan not included. In-network coverage only for Signature Access plan.

Over-the-counter (OTC) card

Many of our plans include an easy-to-use over-the counter card for everyday health and wellness supplies.

These plans provide an OTC card with funds added each quarter (in January, April, July, and October) to buy approved everyday items throughout the year at stores across New Hampshire.

2025 OTC card benefits

  • WellSense Added Value (HMO): $275 per quarter, up to $1,100 per year
  • WellSense Choice (HMO): $125 per quarter, up to $500 per year
  • WellSense Signature (HMO): $100 per quarter, up to $400 per year
  • WellSense Premium Savings (HMO): Not included
  • WellSense Signature Access (PPO): $75 per quarter, up to $300 per year

Use your OTC card to buy select first aid and dental care supplies, vitamins and supplements, incontinence supplies including disposable underwear, and more.

You have options when it comes to getting your over-the-counter items. You can shop:

  • In stores (at participating retailers)
  • Online at mybenefitscenter.com or download the OTC Network App for Apple or Android
  • Over the phone by calling 833-875-1816. You can also check your balance here too!
  • Walmart.com
    • Pickup: $6.99 fee (no fee for orders over $35 or Walmart+ members)
    • Shipping: $6.99 fee (no fee for orders over $35 or Walmart+ members)
    • Delivery: $7.95-$9.95 fee (no fee for Walmart+ members with orders over $35)
    • Members will see any fees from their cart at check-out. Fees cannot be paid with an OTC Network card. Restrictions apply. OTC cards can only be used as payment for items shipped by Walmart or Walmart.com. Members should filter by Retailer = Walmart and/or filter for pick-up and/or delivery.  
  • Walgreens.com
    • Shipping: $5.95 fee (no fee for orders over $35)
    • Members will see fees from their cart at check-out. Fees cannot be paid with an OTC network card. Restrictions apply. OTC cards can be used as payment for items shipped by Walgreens.com.

Home meal benefit with Mom's Meals

Your plan will provide meals to help you get well following discharge from an inpatient acute care setting. Meals are ordered directly through WellSense and are based on your taste and your diet. You can get up to 28 meals delivered directly to your home at no cost to you. To take advantage of this benefit, contact Member Service.

Our care management program is designed to help you manage your chronic conditions and maintain your independence. A member of our care management team will work with you to create a personalized plan that coordinates the care you get from your doctor and other providers.
