Welcome to WellSense! Use the information below to get the most out of your WellSense health plan, or download our Quick Start Guide.

1.  Register for a WellSense member portal account

You can view your benefit information and add details from your doctor’s appointments in the WellSense member portal. To create an account, you’ll need the Member ID number from your Member ID card.

2.  Schedule a visit with your doctor and earn up to $50 in rewards

Schedule an appointment with your primary care provider (PCP) for your no-cost yearly checkup, an important aspect of your healthcare. During your visit, your doctor will check your overall health, recommend tests if needed, and address any of your health concerns. If you don’t know who your PCP is, log into your member portal account or call us at 877-957-1300 (TTY: 711). You'll earn $25 for attending your yearly check up and another $25 for taking a health survey with your PCP. Learn more here.

3.  Check your medications

Your plan includes coverage for thousands of medications. See if your medications are on the list of covered drugs and what they cost. Some medications can be mailed to your home as part of our mail order pharmacy program.

4.  Understand your benefits

Your health insurance plan pays for specific covered services and provides preventive care, like annual checkups at no cost to you. It is important that the services you receive are covered by us. To see which services we cover, check your Member Handbook. 

In some cases your doctor may need to submit a prior authorization for us to approve a service before it will be covered.

5.  Learn about your member extras

As a WellSense New Hampshire Medicaid member you get extra benefits on top of your healthcare coverage. Complete qualifying healthy activities to earn funds on an OTC rewards card, get money back on your gym membership fees, request children's car seats, and more.
