Individuals may call the WellSense hotline to anonymously report any privacy breaches or concerns about the use and disclosure of a member's protected health information. This hotline is operated by an outside vendor, which uses a toll-free, non-traceable number. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
