WellSense defines our suppliers as any individuals or entities that we may contract with to support or plans and members. This includes First Tier, Downstream and Related Entities (FDRs), Material Subcontractors or Subcontractors as defined by Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), the Massachusetts Medicaid program (MassHealth), and the New Hampshire Medicaid program (NH DHHS).
